By making a booking and agreeing with text below the costumer as one party agrees with the terms and conditions of the supplier of the transfer in this case STI Holidays and Travel and this plays the role of a contract between the two parties with specific point of pick up and transfer destination all of which are written in the confirmation e-mail which the supplier send to the costumer after making the booking.
